We have 3 dogs, so it’s pretty much impossible to get close to our house without getting barked at. Our UPS driver though, can deliver packages completely silently. No truck noise, no nothing. Dogs never notice. I just get a text message from the Amazon tracking and voila! Packages on the porch.

Nice. Our delivery people drop the packages and run. If the truck doesn't park in front of the house and the delivery person is quick and quiet enough they can usually elude the dogs until they start to head back

UPS doesn’t have a prayer at our house. Our dog knows the sound of their engines and will bark at UPS trucks driving past, but let’s FedEx (or any other large truck) pass.

Came hometo this scene here. Long story short is that the local FedEx office claimed thier driver didn't even leave the package by the door but down the walkway. My uncle the lawyer suggested I take them to small claims court. I ended up not bothering as while the replacement glass was not cheap I felt like it wasn't worth the hassle.
